This 1-day program will provide practice in using the tools that are included in the MSD Prevention Guidelines Hazard Identification Tool Box (HIT). Participants will learn to effectively use the risk factor checklists, and will become familiar with the other tools included in the tool box, such as discomfort surveys, feedback surveys, workplace inspection checklists, computer work station checklists, and more. This one-day course is intended to give designers, engineers, ergonomics coordinators, and safety professionals the tools they need to ensure appropriate working heights, reaches, and clearances. Participants will learn how to identify ergonomics risk factors encountered by drivers, and how to implement some solutions.
